Production Coordinators

We are in need of 4 or 5 production coordinators. The duets of this volunteer are to find and line up as many extras as they can for the big scenes. Phone people and make sure they know the time and place. Possibly line up someone to look after refreshments / lunch. Also coordinate with the location and generally make things happen.

If we speared the production out across a few people we can get the big scenes we need for the film. Every one should be having fun on the day.

So we need someone to tackle the fallowing:

1. School playground scenes summer

2. Track and field meets summer

3. Swim lessons summer

4. Winter school yards scenes.

5. Scout meetings interior

6. Scout camp scenes summer

7. Scout events winter

8. School interior scenes.
